Message	Is all the hardware in place and installed properly? Sounds like the top leaf spring may not be on properly. Check your pad install. Lifters tick, do a search. knock can be anything from a rod to a bearing in the timing belt. You need to provide more info. A stethiscope can pinpoint sounds. A long screwdriver can be used also like a stethascope. The sound needs to be isolated first. I hope this little bit can help you.
